Resilience breathes, opportunities galore

After a week in Bulgaria, I realize that this country has gone through a tremendous and inspirational demographic transition. From nine million in the eighties, we are currently at six million inhabitants.
A lot has to do with low birth rate, with movement of Turkish-speaking population towards Turkey. It has to do with economical collapse. It has to do with the beautiful potential of the rural agricultural villages, but people moving to the cities. And after the opening up of the European Union, a lot of Bulgarians, educated and not, left for other countries like Germany or the Netherlands or neighboring other countries.
An inspirational thought to see how this country has fared, and yet the vibrancy is clear in the city of Sofia. We’re enjoying a walk here and a beautiful image predicted is for us to be seen. I see where it’ll take us, but I assume that with low pricing and with ample available housing and potential of the Sofia, this beautiful city, a lot of digital nomads will come up this way to live for a prosperous life and a happy life with beautiful and kind people. And I wonder if the language is of matter as well, as Bulgarian is written in Cyrillic and only spoken by a limited amount of people, a bit like the Dutch, but different.
Resilience breathes, opportunities galore
