Eid Nowruz

The darkness left
The light appeared
We woke up
In a world
Where
The magic of nature
The kindness of humans
Prevailed
Not only spring
A
Rekindling of humanity
Enough with depravity
To all suffering
Especially those in Iran,
Sudan, South Sudan
DRC
And all in forgotten
War and conflict
May the light of spring
Be bright
