The guy is clear, set for destiny to become the longest ruler in the history of Cameroon, Africa, and perhaps the world, bar Queen Victoria, who, of course, by birthright, became the leader of a nation, an empire. Then again, she never won an election. So Paul Biya is the undisputed World Wrestling Federation champion of democracy.
