In a rich country like the Netherlands this should not be a problem.
However possibly 100,000 or more uninsured, homeless, EU labor migrants, undocumented struggle to get access to health care.
Right to health care should be the norm.
An acronym that matters: AAAQ
Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability and Quality
